Inspection and Rejection of Goods

When you receive your ordered goods, please check the weight of your parcel. If you find anything wrong with the goods, you can take a photo of the transportation vouchers (both of them) and send an e-mail to taodepot customer service with the photos and the characterization of relevant information.

Before you open the parcel, if you find anything weird with the parcel (e.g.: unusual package or the trace of having been opened by others), please take a photo of the parcel and send an e-mail to taodepot customer service with the photos and the characterization of relevant information.

If you have any doubt with the amount of goods or if you are delivered the wrong goods, please take a photo of the ID number on the goods and send an e-mail to taodepot customer service with the photos and the characterization of relevant information.

taodepot does not accept rejection of part of the goods in a single order. If you are not satisfied with part of the goods in one order, yet you want to keep the rest of the goods, you may at first accept the whole parcel and then apply for refund and replace to taodepot of these goods you are unsatisfied with.
